WHATS IN IT: Rose petals, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Rosehips, and Vanilla bean
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place one tablespoon of tea into tea bag/ filter. Pour 12 oz ( 1 1/2 cups) of hot water over tea and allow to steep for 5- 10 minutes.
